This Company was formed to ensure the best possible service is offered to our clients, just specialising in domestic constrcution.

The advantages over buying ready made properties is that it is less expensive and you will obtain a larger property, with many extras included like a 40 sq m swimming pool, garage etc.

Our villas have been built to a high standard using excellent quality materials with a great deal of attention, and remaining strictly within the building and earthquake regulations.

At the final stage of the build we progress the appropriate certificates necessary to prove they have been built to the approved architectural plans and are habitable and 'signed' off by the local council.

Our staff consists of construction engineers, architects, civil engineers, and an interior designer. We also have plumbers, carpenters, electricians, welders, and laborers.
